Delivery times and terms

1. Order processing

Once your order is placed, it will undergo a verification and preparation process. Processing time is 1 to 2 business days before shipping.

2. Shipping times and delivery methods

Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery will be handled by external carriers or, in some cases, by our own vehicles to provide greater flexibility and speed.

All shipments are processed at 12:00 PM (UTC+1, Paris time) .

3. Estimated delivery times

The estimated delivery time depends on your location:

• For shipments to Spain, delivery is estimated at 3 to 4 working days after your order has been shipped.

4. Receipt of the order

Once your order has been shipped, it will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout. We will contact you by phone (directly or through our carrier) to arrange delivery. Depending on your availability and access to your home, delivery may take half a day or a full day .
